SHIPPING

All orders of ‘in-stock’ product that are received by Holliston’s (via telephone, fax, email or online) PRIOR to 3 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday (except public holidays), are delivered the very next business day by 5 p.m.

Bubble Rolls, Polyfoam, Packaging Peanuts (Loosefil) and other large items come with their own unique delivery fee due to the size of the product and the vehicle required to deliver these bulky items. A quotation of freight charges will be sent to you for approval prior to processing and shipping your order.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a non custom-ordered product that you have purchased from Holliston’s, you may, at any time within thirty (30) days from receipt of said shipment/product, contact Holliston’s for an R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and simply ship the product, prepaid, back to Holliston’s in its original packaging for a full credit, refund or replacement.

Returned products must be in re-saleable condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be credited back.

Generally speaking, custom orders cannot be returned. However, some products may be able to be returned, but a stocking fee may apply. The return of custom or made-to-order products is subject to the prior approval and return policy of the distributor/manufacturer. If Holliston’s is to pick up any orders for a return, shipping costs will apply.
