The Master Lock No. 481 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout Device features a 1-1/2in (38mm) depth and 1-1/2in (38mm) stem opening for 2in (51mm) to 5in (127mm) diameter valve handles to surround the valve operating handle to protect against accidental valve opening.
