Offers the highest edge tear and split resistance in 3M’s line of polyester backed box sealing tapes. It uses a rubber resin adhesive on a polyester backing that is resistant to abrasion, moisture and scuffing.

• Has a thick biaxially oriented polyester backing with a hot melt synthetic rubber resin adhesive to create a tape with high adhesion, tensile strength, and elongation at break.
• Polyester backing is abrasion and nick resistant
• Unwinds easily
• It complies with environmental considerations of ASTM D1974-92
• Meets CID A-A-1684B and ASTM D5486 Type III
• Water resistant per ASTM D5570
• Use with hand held dispensers.
